      did you check your email to make sure you don't have an ID check? if not it usually takes a day or 2!

      they didnt send me anything, am I just suppose to randomly send them an email of my ID?

      WAIT! I have got the email in spam folder: That I need to sent ID ! Have already done !

      I believe the ID check is random, and doesn't occur to everyone. I never had to send in my ID. But I've had friends who have. They send an e-mail shortly afterwards to you, requesting an ID

      48 hours of the time i passed the quiz is in 3 more hours, should I contact for help again when that time reaches and i dont recieve my capital?

      Did you check your emails, maybe you have to send your ID first.
      If you already sent it it can take up to 96 hours until you'll get your 50$.
      Did you enter all required information in your profile
      Did you enter all required information in your poker account.
      Are you living in the USA (we can't send the money to players that are currently living in the USA)

      Maybe you should also check your tickets (right hand side)
      Maybe the support tried to contact you

      It's Been almost a 2 weeks since I passed the test and sent in my ID. I haven't got a reply and I sent my ID twice since who ever was looking at it couldn't read it.

      Hello Martenz,

      Your ID check was successful, but apparently you created your account with the wrong bonus code. That is why the support wrote you a ticket via the ticket system (http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/). You will have to chose another site to receive your starting capital at - and then reply to your ticket with your new choice.

      The transfer to your account was not successful which is why the support sent you a ticket via the ticket system (http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/).

      Please check that:

      - Our download link has been used when registering at PokerStars
      - The cashier registration has been completed
      - The information sharing option has been agreed to
      - The User ID has been specified correctly on our site
      - You used the correct bonus / marketing code

      If something was missing and you fixed it afterwards - please respond to the ticket.
