Berezovaya suggested best to send a ticket to our support and they can help you and if you missed a status upgrade they will help you upgrade manually.
Its approaching 6 weeks now since it went down ... hopefully there will be a fix soon....
I sent a ticket at the beginning of the month, with a screenshot of my HM2 tracking of Netbet play in July and Pokerstrategy quickly sorted my status out for me.
