      Its ok to bet flop in position, when A is on the board, but I dont think you have enough implied odds to call turn. If you hit your straight, hes not going to pay you of..If you hit your 5, then he maybe has straight and its even worse.

      just check it and try to get to a free showdown
      as played its ok to call turn with open ender if you get some more money when you hit otherwise fold turn
