raise 4BB pf, also in blinds.
flop is nice and here you want to get all the money in.
Turn is ugly, but a check/call
River is a check/fold. And easy fold to a overbet-shove. the only hands you beat is bluffs, and A9+ beats you and A8- you split.

I raised 2/3 of the flop - I think that this is enough
also is a 4BB bet preflop necessary?

      I agree with everything else
      thank you!

3bb is fine sb vs bb as you can steal lotsa (60% openraise from sb ) pots for a small price. If bb starts defending more actively you can go to 4bb.

3bb has 2 advantages: your cbets are cheaper in a 6bb pot then in a 8bb pot. + you play OOP so I prefer smaller pots.

I would mostly open 3bb sb vs bb, but 4bb is a little better, since you´re playing all your hand oop.
Flop and turn is fine, but you should c/f river.
He won´t bluffshove there flushdraw imo.
