ak vs kq

      hey i had ak and raised from mid position2 which was called only by the sb
      flop comes q 8 4 with 2 diamonds on the board.

      he check to me i continuation bet to 70 he calls and a 7 of diamonds come's on the turn he bets out $2.70 and with only $0.70 left in my stack i called. i know the call was probably not the best move but up until that point was that the right play ?!

      opinions and suggestions for the future much appreciated =]

      Hi cherryguins,

      that are too few information. How big was the pot at the flop. How big was it at the turn. Did you have a diamond. All these things are important for your decision.

      also, there's a sample hands forum (if you scroll down the forums page you'll come across it)

      That's were you should post your played hands for evaluation, more people will read your hand, and you would probably receive more insightful replies than here.

      However the guidelines given by chiller do apply, try to give as much information about the hand as possible (using some hand converter is probably best)
