      I 3-bet pf

      as played flop is fine

turn is really ugly, but because he is a fish I make a crying call to his small bet.

      check/fold river imo

I´d also make 3-bet pf, since imo your hand is too good to play oop.
      I like your flop bet.
c/c turn and c/c river is one of the lines which you could take.
He could still hold two pair or turn some straigthdraw into bluff.
Other option would be b/f turn if you don´t get correct odds and c/c or shove river.
