Cheers fellow Pokerstrategists, nice to meet you all!:f_drink: My name is Daniel and I've been playing poker for about 2 years now, without any remarcable results whatsoever, this being one of the motivations for opening a blog here. Also, I think it will keep me both motivated and aware of my progress (hopefully), find some nice ppl to share some knowledge with, poker related or not.

I have a plan, I have some major objectives and I have my goals ready, but I will just tell you about my short term goals 1st, and the master plan will unvail itself later on:sfishy: .

      September Goals:

1.give up on drinking like every single day, try to keep it as much as possible a weekend "activity"
      2.exercise, exercise, exercise! daily!
3.give up on bad habbits @ the tables (internet browsing, watching videos, facebook etc.)
4.work on increasing my winrate by 1bb/100hs
5.check HEM only @ the end of sessions, not while playing
6.listen carefully and do exactly as the coach (fitness&nutrition) sais
7.stop wasting time with unecessary activities, prioritize and don't procrastinate
8.post at least 12 hands weekly on the forum, no exceptions
9.learn to take your time to make any decision @ the tables, and stop autopiloting
10.don't harm your winrate with tilting or being retarded!:fouet:

So, currently playing 10nl and 20nl SH and FR (played higher but variance and monthly withdrawals just slow me down so much - had a terrible 40k hs run @ 50nl couple of months ago (-14 bi under EV line), so decided to cool off a bit). I am currently winning 10.83 bb/100 hs @ 10 nl ( 85k hs sample size) and 7.95 bb/100 @ 20 nl( 49k hs sample size), and will look forward into imrpoving that overall winrate to 1bb/100 this upcoming month.

Thinking about taking 50 nl head on once again this month, but will find a favorable time for that too, I want to be sure I am in my best mental shape possible, and this time make sure to quit after loosing 4,5 stacks and go back to grinding lower stakes and so on.

Guess that's about all atm, please feel free to submit any feedback and/or suggestions, because I really do need all the help I can get to get this done! :f_drink: Cheers!

Both are recs, and villain seems to be a cs, 700 hs sample. Folds to cbets on streets 50/14/0, limp folds 24%, wtsd 28%, agg 1.4, and river agg 3.Decided not to bet the flop, though now I guess that's a mistake, since I kinda have so moany blockers on this board and don't see the opposition really hitting here that much. OTT decided to go for a small sizing on that brick , and I guess a set/str8/2p type of hand would raise here most of the time, so I still am pretty much confident I am ahead. That 5 OTR and his shove make absolutely no sense, except hands like 65 or A5 or smth like that I really don't see anything doing this, as played. I really tanked a lot here but the decisive factor here was that I had no notes or tell on him that he could potentially bluff in these spots with a busted fd or str8 draw. I need about 29% here to call for a breakeven decision, so I decided to fold.

So, 3beting here against this guy because he opens like 22% from the CO and doesn't really 4bet that much, and I feel comfortable playing him postflop (he folds quite a lot to cbets OTF and OTT). OTF, my cbet with a bd, gs and overcard seems fine, and I am ready to barrel off on any spade ofc (would prolly check when A comes), but I'm not quite sure if I should bet on a K or Q for example...He deffo has Kx Qx Jx in his calling range, so I really don't know here...This :Tc: doesn't seem like a good turn card to barrel on, and when I check I kinda give up on the hand, unless I improve. Really don't know how to approach this scenario, maybe even the 3bet here is bad (still, he folds about 60% of the time preflop), so idk. help!?(
