Y, using FTP reduces your rakeback.
The thing that you can think of doing is - save your FTP points, then, if at any ocasion you switch your poker room for a while, or dont play poker for a month or two, you use them all during that period.

yes this is true every 1 ftp reduces 0.005$ of your effective rakeback.
effective rakeback means: the rake you produce.
so if you use 10000 tfp you wont get 50$ effective rakeback. 50$x0.27 means you will miss out on 13.50$ rakeback.
      that's basicly it.

about not playing for a while, this used to be true, but isn't true anymore.

it will reduce 250$ off your gross rake... and you get 27% off the gross rake in rakeback... which means you'll miss around 67$... That's obv. not much for a monitor :) but still

wait. what? so the holiday 100k is $10 less of the gross rakeback, meaning only costs like $2.7 ? If so, that tourney will not be my christmass present, Ftops next time :P

You can hardly complain really, the rake is how the poker site makes money and to get rake back in the first place is great the fact that you might lose just a small amount of your rake and still get something ALMOST free is still a good deal imo. ;)

Second calculation is true but u need to think about what u can do with that points instead of buying monitor. Lets say u can sell all that points at 4$ for 1k points (by ordering some items for other people, for example on 2+2 marketplace). So u will earn $352 - $118.8 deduted from rakeback = practicaly this monitor will cost u $233,2.

On all other servers using points reduces rakeback?

Do they reduces rakeback and for amount of bonuses they gave us?

PokerStrategy made for me first $50 deposit on FullTilt. Then I completed one $50 bonus. Would I receive and another $50 bonus from PokerStrategy and when?
