      I know that this is not the standard play but i did notice that MP3 keeps raising even with marginal hands... Figured I could always fold if the flop wasn't to my favor.

      Hello bordzter,

      If you want to play differently based on reads of SSS, never ever Call. Reraise to a push or just fold this one.
      This is because your stack is only 20bb and you are calling 4bb out of it what translates itself in 20% of your stack.

      Even with a doubled stack, I will not call here. Raise or Fold is the best play.

      As played, reraise the Flop to $1.5 and go All-in when reraised or on the Turn.


      I advice you to play basic SSS with a doubled stack because it can cost you a lot of money (my own experience)

      Gerv when you mean double stack does it mean 40BB instead of 20BB???

      Yes, you just doubled up on NL10 from $2 to $4 :)
