That’s both ambitious goals to do in 1 year. So you need to have a good schedule I think.
Good luck with both challenges :gl:

      Cheers,

So tomorrow 18.9.2015 is the first day of both challenges. I decided not to start at plo10 but plo5 and will close all other limits including SNGs and tournaments. Only thing open are sport bets because I like to bet on Slovenian football and BR for that will be separated.

      Poker schedule week 1:

      [] 4-6 tables plo5 no zoom
[] 3-4 hours of playing per day
[] at least 1 video per day
[] post 3 hands per day for review

      6pack week 1:

      [] improve sleeping 0:00-8:00
      [] make eating schedule (17.9)
      [] make workout schedule (17.9)
[] 1-1,5 hour of walkig per day. Outside :f_o:

      Day 2-3

Not a lot of improvement. Staying up late is killing my plans. I have part time job and yesterday I was working until 4am so today I overslept 8am once more. Monday is already here and I am missing sleep time for 1h already but will have to wake up before 7 so I will wake up in the morning for the first time in the challenge :f_thumbsup: .

      Monday plans.

      1. Morning work for few hours (workout 1)
      2. Go to store buy food for the day and pre-prepare it
      3. Workout 2
      3. Bank and deposit 50bi for PLO5 yes i decided to start at plo5 zoom 2tbl.
      4. Buy silver status
      5. Plan for PLO study and playing. Thinking about 4BI stop win/loos[from peak] or 2h of playing that way I wont get hooked up on playing countless hours and will have more time to study...
      6. Repair laptop
      7. Call to school
      8. workout 3
      9. Buy shoes, clothes [probably not :profit: ]

      Hi,

7 days from stupid update already :f_biggrin: I have been lazy to update the challange. It is already day 33 and I cant be happy about my progress, need to reorganize once more and start completing plans.

At the moment I am playing PLO10 regular tables and I am enyoing the game thats something new. My tilt control is way better now :f_thumbsup: regarding the studying the game I am failing at the moment.

      PLO10 deep(2.5k) reg(7.5k) zoom(3k) :f_drink:

You know, I've come to a conclusion that not everyone has to be a workaholic. I mean, some people can be happier when they embrace their laziness a bit and put effort towards only one most necessary and relatively easy task, than when they overwork themselves.

You're clearly not motivated, which means that your goals aren't of big value for you... why exactly do you need a 6-pack? (I mean, visualise better what ideal state you'd like to end up in, yourself, not what the society tells you to be.) It's nice to be fit enough to be able to put in more hours of poker, but a 6-pack looks like an overkill to me.

If you do decide to keep big goals, you'd better break them down into a sequence of smaller steps - otherwise thinking about them overwhelms too much and you don't know what to start with.

      :gl:
