Rather than b/c flop I like more 15$ 3-bet on the flop and go with my hand
Board is imo top drawy to give free card.
      Turn is fine.

I wanted to shove only good turns, didn't want yo stack off on the flop with just a hand which is currently flipping or behind.

Agree, shoving on good turns is fine, if you assume that player would bet out with draws
But good players would check behind with draws, since you´re representing overpair and they know that they don´t have fold equity if they bet.
So imo you have to decide on the flop if you want to play for stacks. On that board there are a lot more draws than made hands, that´s why I like 3-bet flop and go with my hand rather than wait turn and check to opponent who can there on play perfectly against your face up hand.
