i'd go for a squeeze or fold preflop, it just sucks to be oop.
as played i can't say if it is better to donk or to go for a c/r. don't know if villain is likely to c-bet against 2 opps being oop too. but as i don't like donk-bets i'd go for c/r.
turn is ez, getting 3:1 i instacall and say nh when he shows A8o :D

Since player is middlestack then just calling is fine, because
-if you 3-bet and he shoves then you should fold
-if you 3-bet and he calls and flop comes 357, you c-bet and he shoves then you have to fold

So there could be a lot difficult decisions if you 3-bet.
But once you coldcall and hit tp then you could be very comfortable getting it all-in.
