      Scroll to the bottom of the page, click help and write a ticket. Explain your situation there. :)

      I just checked your data, and according to our information the transfer was completed on the 17th of November. So the money should have been credited to your account by now.

      Please check your cashier, money balance and bonus balance (if that exists on 888poker) just to check again if it's there or not.

      If you're still sure that the money has not yet been credited, please send us a ticket. Our support team will then be able to look into this for you further. Hopefully everything will then be resolved soon.
