      Known players:

      0.05/0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.65 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

      Preflop: Hero is MP1 with 3:heart: , 3:club:
      UTG1 folds, UTG2 raises to $0.20, Hero calls $0.20, MP2 calls $0.20, 2 folds, BU calls $0.20, SB folds, BB calls $0.10.

      Flop: ($1.05) T:diamond: , 3:spade: , 6:diamond: (5 players)
BB checks, UTG2 bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, 3 folds.

      Turn: ($2.05) K:heart: (2 players)
      UTG2 bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50.

      River: ($3.05) 9:club: (2 players)
      UTG2 bets $0.50, Hero raises to $0.80 (All-In), UTG2 calls $0.30.

      Final Pot: $4.65

      Results follow (highlight to see):
Hero shows three of a kind, threes (3h 3c)
UTG2 shows a pair of tens (Tc Js)

Hero wins with three of a kind, threes (3h 3c)

Should I have been all-in before the river instead of just calling the whole way and allowing him to draw at his price?
Should I have re-raised the flop and possibly still have him call me with top pair?

      1) Fold preflop. For making a call with PPs you must be in late position or the blinds and you need good enough odds to make your call profitable. Here you have none of this.

      2) As played, UTG is betting flop into 4 opponents, which means a lot of strength so I don't think he will fold his hand easily, so I would reraise him to 2$ and shove turn.

      Hello JakeAlmighty,

With Small to Medium Pocket pairs from 66 till 22 it is adviseable to gain some more knowledge/theory before you use it with a small stack :)

Therefore I invite you to join Ingol's basic coaching coming friday at 17:00 CET to grab the chart which includes a set of limp charts.

As played, you cannot call here because you only hit your three of a kind which is you only way out to win more than 65% of the time, 1/8 of the time. and $0.2 is not 1/8th of $0.35

      Fold Preflop as already mentioned.

On the Flop, you have to protect your hand against Flushdraws so you have to raise UTG2's raise to an all-in ;)

      Best regards,
