      Welcome in my new blog,

My name is Robert(32), I am poker professional from 8 years and real estate investor. I own 16 flats which I ve bought thanks to poker. All the money I ve earned playing poker I managed to multiply from free $50 from PokerStrategy in 2007.

I am poker coach, poker video producer for last 5 years.

Last years I was high stakes pro nl1k-2k regular on iPoker. Since I ve started to invest in real estate for real and my two children were born I ve lost it. I mean I ve lost the feel for learning and playing. Why? My main motivation for all these years were money and I am earning enough thanks to my investments.

It is really tough when you totally crush your competition and one day you are just not able to anymore. I ve just signed for coaching and will update how it looks like and how can the learning process be improved.

My poker videos recorded for PS.com ~ 80.

Hi I am attending the course and I am pretty sure this is the right place. Last 18 months I ve been working on automatizing my real estate buisness and going step by step here I love how it is done and I know how much work and effort it costs to create the system like this.

Untill now every single aspect was pointed out that I think may be important. I can see the results of alumni and it is impressive.

One of the steps is to read the book of Gordon. This is written for nl10-50, but very short, very accurate and the way it was written - I love it!

I don't want to praise Gordon, but all the work, knowledge available, working system is great.

@vonki - in what position you picture yourself in real estate? I mean inverstor I assume, but what kind. How much time would you like to spend dealing with real estate? Will you use only cash or other peoples money? Where do you live? Where would you like to invest?

I ve had almost a month break from playing poker. On 4ht of Dec Party Poker with no reason blocked my account and confiscated all the money. It is outrageos. I was really stressed about that so I ve decided to take a break and learn, do coaching and make videos.

Finally I ve started to play again. My 1st session was 4 hours I was really happy. Today I ve played 90minutes. New HUD is very simple and I still don't have HH to use it effectively. I focus on session preparation. I ve made a checklist and just follow that it is really helpful.

For the New Year I ve spend almost whole day with my wife planning all the things in this year. From healthy eating, excersises to advanced financial plans. Everything about poker in great detail as well.

I am really happy 2016 has already begun. I am looking forward to achieve a lot in this year.

      GL,

I ve created a checklist that I follow before the session. It is very helpful. I just don't start until I follow every single step from this list.

Quite simple stuff like turn off mobile/skype, arrange something to drink/eat, excercise for 5 minutes, breathe Pranayama. I also have a checklist to finish. Writing a blog is an option in this checklist.

Last year I ve played the least amount of hands ~100k. I really felt it was a burn out. After having one month break I feel the power. I ve already played 3,5k hands this year and I just want to play&play&play. Playing just 4 tables this is huge amount for me in 3 days. So I am glad because of my performance, mindset and discipline.

1st task is to play 10k with predefined ranges. I am already in 40% of the task. In this speed in 3-4 days it will be completed.

Last year I have had a real trouble finding time for everything. I didn't have enough time for poker, for my family and for real estate. This year I ve finally delegated 90% of all tasks about real estate so I hope this year I will KILL on the tables.

Few screenshots from my 1st 10k hands in the program.

And when I when 5-6 ppl on the tables these are my results http://scr.hu/491r/7sw5x

And for the first time in my career I am loosing on 30bb filter - won or lost. It means I am too aggressive. But am I? You can check my aggression frequency, I am testing 1/3 cbets and generally when I started to play on lower stakes then usual I see weaknesses everywhere.

What had changed dramatically is my motivation I AM ON FIRE. Something I was missing last year.
