      Yeah betting bigger the flop and trying to get it in is ok.
      Second barrelling the turn is fine also.

      + always rebuy up to 100 BB, it is very important for the entire concept of BSS :)

      At what point should I rebuy? I usually rebuy when I go below 75-80BB... depending on the table and other stack sizes.

      Whenever you have less you rebuy.
      Its pretty frustrating,as most sites dont have the auto rebuy option, but I often rebuy even if I have 98-99 BB. As nvelev said, the purpose of BSS is to extract the maximum from your opponents,and 100BB is the allowed max
