Pokerstrategy free bankroll on Titan Poker

      From a few days i received an email from Pokerstrategy for a 2nd bankroll on Titan Poker, i registered a new account on Titan Poker from the link provided and with the bonus code 10PLUS20 but after a few hours i received an email saying that i can t receive the bankroll because my account is not tracked to pokerstrategy so i contacted the Titan poker support and they said everything is ok and i should send to pokerstrategy the conversation and i did finaly no body knows what happen and i didn t received my free bankroll can you tell me if you understand why i didn t received the free bankroll?

I received an email in wich it s noted that the bankroll transfert isnt aproved because my titan account isnt tracked to my pokerstrategy account. But i m sure i used the good link and the good bonus code. Please check again what s wrong.

      I have received the reply that we can do nothing here as the problem seems to be in their automatic response system which is always telling us that you are not tracked to us and therefore we are not allowed to transfer the free poker money.

      Please accept my apologise for any inconvenience caused here, but there is nothing we can change here.

      I don't understand why i received a message for a free bankroll and you are not able to allow it.

      I opened a ticket from the 02/03 and the problem was coming from titan poker and today they gave me the free bankroll so it s ok now, but you have to know that the probleme was from Titan Poker not from pokerstrategy so if somebody have the same problem be patient and try with both parts because i understand that they don t communicate and you have to contact them separate by your self.

      Hi Rompas, i regged on Titan a few weeks ago, can u plz check if everything alright with my registration because i havnt recieved br as of today. according to Titan poker all looks good with registration. My username is HonestHolger. advance thx and have a nice day! / Cris1
