      SB: $80.20
      BB: $14.35
      UTG: $18.75
      Hero (CO): $176.75

      Pre-Flop: 5:heart: 5:diamond: dealt to Hero (CO)
UTG calls $0.50, Hero raises to $2.25, BTN folds, SB raises to $4, BB folds, UTG calls $3.50, Hero calls $1.75

      Flop: ($12.50) T:heart: K:heart: T:club: (3 Players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks

      Turn: ($12.50) 5:spade: (3 Players)

      River: ($39.50) 6:club: (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $30, SB folds

villain is 44/3/3 over a small sample. Is my bet sizing too big on the river? And if so what would be the optimal sizing to extact the most value on the river?

I´d bet 154 that is enough that he´d call with Kx hand.
If he has Tx, then he´d might shove, but I´d expect that he´d play his trips aggressively on the turn.
And he´d fold his draw mostly if he isn´t some crazy player who would c/ra missed draw here- but even against that 15$ bet is better.
