      BB: $50
      UTG: $117.05
      CO: $52.15
      Hero (BTN): $190.80
      SB: $51

      Pre-Flop: J:spade: A:spade: dealt to Hero (BTN)
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.75, SB raises to $5, BB folds, Hero calls $3.25

      Flop: ($10.50) Q:diamond: 3:spade: T:spade: (2 Players)
SB bets $7, Hero raises to $24, SB raises to $46 and is All-In, Hero calls $22

      Turn: ($102.50) 4:heart: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

      River: ($102.50) 4:club: (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Villain is about 28/20/3 and 3bets rather light pf at 11%. Was the call pf in pos alright? I'd think shipping it in on the flop in this spot is standard play as well?

You could play that way or this is also one other way how to play.
I would probably call on the flop.
He would fold JJ, Tx and medium pp-s, also he might shove with worse draws.
But he is never folding here tp+
Since you have very strong draw then you can also call and hope that player would c/f turn and some aggressive players would fire second barrel when A or K comes, so you also get more value for worse hands, like 65s who would sometimes double barrel there.
Only problem is whn player would continue playing his draw aggressively and you miss on the turn.
If you call then he has a little more than potsize left and he could easily shove or bet amount that you can´t call.
Btw: If you decide to raise then make it 18-20$.
This shows that you might also be bluffing and he migth shove with worse hands/draws.
