      should i value bet or pot control against such a passive player IP

      ill fire two barres in those kind of boards cause most fish will call me down with a big heart and thats about it, theres no need to fire the river cause the 4th H missed so u can take it down by checking most of the time, the nasty thing is now that the ace got there cause if he had like AhX now he has a pair and hes not folding.

      If that guy is really passive then he's not betting the flop with a big hart but a pair or better. As hand develops I think we are ahead here on the river and I put him on one pair type hand(sometimes two).

      I would consider betting river for the half size of the pot if that guy is not capable to lead flop with Ah or any other heart(which I think he isn't). There might be some value from weaker hand(sometimes you loose to QT and KT tho).

      Since your hand is likely the best I like betting on the flop and turn.
