My name is George, i am from Greece and I play under the username Belthazorrrr. I am still raping / getting raped by 6 max hyper turbo format, mainly in 200-1000$ stakes. I feel like I am the last of Mohicans in a slow dying scene

Most regs are moving away or mixing with other formats preferably spins. Yes the format which they think is hurting the games the most. The format which was the reason to accuse Pokerstars as rake whores. Apparently helping Pokerstars raking more and more is the way to go

I am not judging their decision but I think 99% of regs are massive hypocrites. From ''the games are dying 7 years ago'' until ''6 max hypers arent profitable'' a year ago. From ''I will never play again in pokerstars'' to ''some mtts and spins are ok'' Quite funny how everyone is bending over in the end

Of course that was my reaction

I was 100% sure that boycotting would not had any impact because their calculations were fundamentally wrong and I knew most of the regs will mix spins (as they do) because instead of every dumb lie I read, it is a very profitable format

I decided to start a new thread for two reasons mainly. I had too many goals in the previous and I lost my way, now I will have only three. I wasnt sure how the six max hyper scene will be and I couldnt set an accurate goal. Now the good stuff

I will keep everything very simple. I will set three goals and I will break them down in yearly plans. The challenge is from May 1st 2016 until May 1st 2019

      1) GRIND 90 000 SNGs

      2) READ 120 BOOKS

I really enjoy reading books. I read 4 this year. Think and grow rich from Napolleon hill is a must read

      3) FITNESS

      GET THIS

I will try to write more stuff about my personal life. I think it will be a very interesting thread as I am planning to travel a lot. I am in Asia currently. I would like to visit as many places as I can and do as many activities as I can

I will post articles or other stuff I find interesting whether I agree or not

      2016 GOALS:

      1) GRIND 24 000 SNGs
      2) READ 30 BOOKS
      3) GET THIS

      MAY 2016 GOALS:

      1) 150 grinding hours
      2) 35 working out hours
      3) 3+ books

I was quite busy this year as I renovated an appartment that I will own in the future. It is a big appartment including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room areas. It is around 128sqm and I am very proud that I create amazing things in an age that most greek people are living with their parents

I am living abroad more often than in Greece the last years, yet I decided to renovate an appartment that I will always have. It was quite expensive but the results are qute satifying

      Dining Room:

Living Room: (I have secret lighting in the ceiling with different colors, you know, when the party is coming)

      Working office:

      Where the magic happens:

Even though I am very young, I have travelled in many countries like Malta, UK, Bulgaria, Curacao, Laos, Malaisia, Thailand. I am planning to add much more

I have very interesting personal life but I am not sure how much I will write about it. I did a nice post in a previous thread but it took around 4 hours to construct my thoughts and how I wanted to represent it. I will try my best but no promise

I have a very slow start for my goals so far if I could call it ''start'' The reasons behind this early failure is a mix of different stuff that I mismanaged

Moving to Thailand have pros and cons. The biggest con is the time zone. I have to wake up very early or very late in order to put a solid grind. Unfortunately I am a morning person. I tried to wake up late but I didnt had any mood to grind or work out as I felt extremely dizzy and not rested

Lesson learnt. I will wake up early now as it was the millionth time I tried to shift in a night schedule (unsuccessfully) Now I will see the sunset again

I like to watch sports especially football, if I wake up early I will miss most of the euro action. Does anyone know a site which you can download or stream games that ended? Nba has nbaleaguepass but I dont know anything about football

Another important reason is for the first time on my life I find grinding difficult. I havent grind properly the last 3 weeks and it is tough to get back in a working routine. I did expect to be easier, it seems I am way wrong. Every time I load some games I find myself thinking everything but poker

It is the first time I am having experience of something similar but I will find a way to confront it

This issue affects other aspects of my life aswell. I dont have any mood to date. I just want to fack and hang out with my friends. Ah speaking of facking we had a very crazy night. We were having some drinks and a guy asks me what do you think of ''x'' girl? I think she is nice but she seems very tight

''No George she is very bangable and crazy'' Thats all I wanted. I bought ''some'' drinks and game was on

After 2-3 hours of drinking a guy dropped a sick suggestion. ''We should go back to my place and have a pool party'' Then the girl asked me if I would like to come with me and my reaction was

When we returned back home I suggested to come in my room, you know, to give her some clothes to swim

Long story short I banged her once and we went downstairs to enjoy the pool party. You know what they say though, one isnt enough. I was horny again and I was slowly banging her in the pool with other people around, I thought no one will understand it as I was barely moving

After a while one guy was like ''of course I am to a guy and everyone else is banging in my pool'' Shame on me

She was one of the worst sex i ever had. The girl was quite terrible at facking. I remember she tried to give me a bj, I was relaxed leaning back and she did something I have never experienced before. She moved her mouth right and left very fast instead of up and down. I was shocked and I was like

The girl told me she was 24, next day 20 and my friend told me she was 19

      That explains a lot

My time wasnt completed wasted when I wasnt grinding. I was thinking how I should invest my money and I thought I should try sports betting aswell. After a month and a half I managed to have 19490€ net profit

I didnt grind much but I made some money which is always nice

A funny video I found, I watched this a million times and I still find it funny

      Goals update:

12 Ways Your Home is Making You Fat

There’s no place like home—that can unexpectedly pack on the pounds. If you make some easy tweaks to your digs, you could be in for some rapid weight loss.

Home. Hopefully, that’s a word with which you have a happy association. If, however, you’re like most Americans, there are facets of your home that are making you fat and sick at this very moment.

Scientists have been looking at all the causes of obesity and chronic illness and found that they can all be exacerbated by how we arrange and relate to the spaces we live in. That’s right: Our homes have it in for us. But there’s good news! By making a few simple changes, we can get out of the home habits that are doing ourselves undue harm. Below is a list of ways your home is hating on you, along with tips on how to rearrange your home for better health and weight loss results. Check ‘em out and then whittle your waistline with these 14 Ways to Lose Your Belly in 14 Days!

      1) Your cupboards are full of empty calories

“Whether it’s ice cream, cookies, candy, chips or other items, just knowing that your trigger foods are in the kitchen or office desk can derail any healthy eating program,” says Christine M. Palumbo, MBA, RDN, FAND, a Chicago area registered dietitian and nutrition communications consultant. “This is especially true between 3 p.m. and bedtime when cravings tend the be the most difficult to ignore.” One of the best ways to overcome a craving is to keep the tempting foods out of the house. Can’t imagine kicking your favorite cookies out of the house for good? NYC-based registered dietitian Leah Kaufman MS, RD, CDN suggests individually portioning the foods you tend to overeat. If you know each Ziploc bag of cookies is 150 calories, you’ll be less likely to go back for a second serving. And stock up on these 27 Healthiest Snacks Under $1, too!

      2) You’re letting too much light into your bedroom

More and more research is, ahem, shedding light on the relationship between a getting good night’s sleep and a healthy weight. According to a new study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology, research participants who slept in the darkest rooms were 21 percent less likely to be obese than those sleeping in the lightest rooms. That connection is tied to the main sleep hormone produced by our bodies, melatonin. Too little melatonin means that we don’t properly get into sleep mode that you can also think of as belly-fat-blasting mode. Lose the night light and look into getting some blackout curtains for a darkness-induced boost to your weight loss goals. WATCH: The Best Proteins for Your Top 3 Body Goals

      3) Your coffee pot is too big

We wouldn't dare ask you to forgo your morning cup of coffee...or even your 10 a.m. cup. But after that, you may want to dump out the remainder and then get in the habit of brewing smaller pots. Too much caffeine can lead to insulin resistance and increased fat storage, according to a study in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. When the 3 o’clock slump hits and the effects of coffee have worn off, go for a walk or a workout to get reenergized.

      4) Your gadgets live in the bedroom

The more electronics we bring into the bedroom, the fatter we get—especially among children. A study in the Pediatric Obesity journal found that kids who bask in the nighttime glow of a TV or computer don't get enough rest and suffer from poor lifestyle habits. Researchers found that students with access to one electronic device were 1.47 times as likely to be overweight as kids with no devices in the bedroom. That increased to 2.57 times for kids with three devices. Leave your iPad in the living room.

5)You’re inviting the “wrong” people over

You are what you eat. While there’s plenty of truth to that old aphorism, new research has shown that you are who you know. Our social networks, be they online or in real life (IRL) have an enormous effect on tastes, income, happiness, beliefs and especially our health and our weight. In a 2007 study, Harvard Medical School professor Nick Christakis and co-author of Connected: The Surprising Power of Our Social Networks and How They Shape Our Lives found that a person's chance of becoming obese increased by 57 percent if he or she had a friend who became obese in the same period. James O. Hill, Ph.D., Director of the Colorado Nutrition Obesity Research Center doesn’t suggest that you stop inviting Bill and Cathy over for the crime of getting chubby, but he does recommend that you also invite friends over who are active, eating well, and making other healthy choices. They may even rub off on Bill and Cathy, too. For some interesting conversation, too, check out these 25 Things You Did Today That Sabotaged Your Weight Loss Goals.

      6) Your plates and bowls are the wrong size and color

Put the same amount of food on a big plate and then on a moderately sized plate. It’s highly likely that you’ll perceive the amount of food on the larger plate as being less because you can see more plate showing. When serving food onto bigger plates, we subconsciously want to fill the empty space—and end up piling on more. Research from Cornell showed that both adults and kids poured more cereal into larger bowls and consumed 44 percent more calories. Another study from Cornell demonstrated that the color of the plate could have a significant effect on the amount of grub unwittingly heaped on to it. In the study, participants who served themselves pasta alfredo on a white plate loaded their plate with 22 percent more pasta than those who were given red plates. The goal, say scientists, is to create a greater degree of contrast between the food you’re eating and the plate it’s sitting on. Intrigued? You should be. Those red plates are one of the 40 Things Healthy Cooks Always Have in Their Kitchen!

      7) Your fruit is hiding in the fridge

If healthy food is placed out of sight, you're less likely to eat it. But why is it out of view in the first place? Most fruits don’t need to be refrigerated, and it’s aesthetically appealing to keep it out. Get yourself a fruit bowl and fill it with colorful, healthful items like apples, oranges, and pears. Another great way to be tempted by healthful fruit while livening up the look of your kitchen is to get yourself a banana hook. You can also pre-slice vegetables and put them in clear containers front-and-center in the fridge for easy snacking.

      8) Your thermostat is set too high

A striking new study published in the journal Diabetes suggests that simply blasting the air conditioner or turning down the heat in winter may help us attack belly fat while we sleep. Colder temperatures subtly enhance the effectiveness of our stores of brown fat—the fat that keeps you warm by helping you burn through the fat stored in your belly. Participants spent a few weeks sleeping in bedrooms with varying temperatures: A neutral 75 degrees, a cool 66 degrees, and a balmy 81 degrees. After four weeks of sleeping at 66 degrees, the subjects had almost doubled their volumes of brown fat. (And yes, that means they were able to lose belly fat.)

      9) Your lights are too dim in the morning

After a bad night’s sleep, the hormones that control hunger can go haywire and make us crave junk food. That’s bad, but it can get worse if you don’t get some light into your life first thing when you wake up. Sleep-deprived adults who experience dim light in the morning have lower concentrations of leptin (a hormone that makes us feel full), showed a study published in the International Journal of Endocrinology. The study showed that those in blue light (the kind from energy-efficient bulbs) had higher leptin levels. So once you're vertical, throw open those blackout curtains we recommended! Or if it’s still dark out, turn on those energy efficient lights. By letting some light into your life, you’ll get some life into your weight loss goals.

      10) You have too many TV screens

The science is in: The more TV you consume, the greater your risk of becoming sick and obese. And the more televisions you have in your home, the more likely you are to be watching the tube. You can stop the madness by taking TV out of your bedroom and replacing it with enjoyable belly fat blasting activities like sleep and sex. While you’re at it, lose the TV set in your kitchen, too. Having one in there will cause you to linger around tempting food. Once you’ve cut down on the amount of physical televisions in your life, reduce the amount of television programs in your life by watching only the shows you love. Still just want to crawl up on the couch and do nothing? If that's the case, you need these 40 Tips for Motivation—That Actually Work!

      11) Your living room is too cozy

After a long day at work, it’s tempting to flop on your cozy couch and not move until it's bedtime. It doesn't make a difference whether you're reading, online shopping or even continuing to do work from the office— you’re still on your butt, and that’s bad. Scientists are still figuring out exactly why sitting is so detrimental to health, but one obvious and partial explanation is that the less we move, the less fuel we require; the surplus blood sugar floods the bloodstream and contributes to diabetes and other weight-related risks. A solution can be found in tip #12.

      12) Your exercise gear is tucked away

Until exercise equipment can be reimagined to look good in your home, there’s always going to be an urge to put it in some place where it can’t be seen. But when dumbbells, stationary bikes, and treadmills are out of sight, they are out of mind—which can leave you out of shape. Rather than keeping your workout necessities in the basement, relocate it to places in your house where you like to hang out. Perhaps the treadmill finds a home next to a south-facing window. Or maybe you could put your yoga mat or dumbbells in front of your home’s last remaining TV so that you can make your Netflix fix a healthy activity. Disguting month

It was one of my worst months of my professional poker carreer, close to my first worst months I had a few months back which affected my personal goals. Unfortunately I came short on every single part of my goals

I barely worked out, my poker volume was unacceptable and I read only one book this month. I could blame that I just arrived in Thailand, I could blame that I wanted to party a bit more and hang out with the people I havent met the last two year or the weather or the time zone or the intense allien activity on Thai sky

I will NOT. I am the only one to blame and I have to take responsibility of my action as I always do. I did run horribly bad this month on moniez line and fake moniez line. I have plenty of time to turn this around but I need to record more grinding hours than facking hours

      1 000$ only

-28% roi in less than 300 games is always fun

It shouldnt be a suprise as czechpepestreets is running like god for second year in row, riffle and alex.1off start loading 1ks while I am running 5 years bellow ev (not even close to ev, but y ev is broken)

I guess no party for a while, back to work

On the very bright side, I am happy that I met some people I didnt hang out since September 2013, I read an amazing biography of Michael Jordan which I definitely recommend and I crushed sports betting for a decent profit

      Sports betting stats:

      Michael Jordan

I definitely recommend this book. It is quite exciting to take a peek inside the most successful sportsperson's life and thought process. I gave 5 star rating. I think it is a must read for everyone who feels unmotivated about his goals or he is interested on how you could become successful

There is no success without hard work!!!

      June 2016:

As I came short in my goals in May 2016 I have to put the higher and succeed

Poker goals: 180hours or 3 600 games. Both should be meet
Fitness goals: 35 working out hours
      Book goals: 4 books
