Hand 1 : Im not calling without the A. You may be drawing dead, and even a lower pair with a is having almost a flip. His huge overshove can mean that he's scared of this board and wants to get his red queens in good.Read dependant, but in general case, folding.

Hand 2: Against your maniac, your line is fine, I would raise flop more and get it in on a non- turn

      hi
the first hand is interesting . what kinda of hand can a tag sb here in a 3 bet pot ? with all his stron hands that beats us he will go probably for check raise so i discount sets and some ocasional 67 or the flush . my guess is that he has an overpair or some spade draw that wants to get us out of the hand . the problem is that we dont have the :spade: and any spade has decent equity against us . still i would be very courious to see his hand
      post results pls

then 2nd hand is well played. nh
