      3bet him more as you are deep.
      After his min4bet I would consider shoving against this kind of guy, as he will call his entire min4betting range IMO.It also saves some unwanted flop decisions(like this one).
      against this guy ,im still calling here btw.

      you can shove against him because his not likely to fold .
      you are in a tough spot post flop because you are deep and he shoves 100bb into the pot . calling depends a lot on your read being so deep . i dont think its bad to call against him but some times he will show the A and hill stack you
