      lol would anyone happen to know the ods of such a hand happening? i assume it is astronomical..

      yeah not really a bad beat, just turned out psycho, would have been more dramatic with river action rather than flop lol

      The guy with the KQs was favorite all the time (not really a bad beat, even if it'd have hit jackpot). :P

      It is classfied as a bad beat by the sites.Although its just another hand on the flop.

      bad beat jackpot usualy doesnt apply to sng's

      On titan you need at least quad kings vs ... to win it btw;

      BB only uses one of his hole cards...

      got in a similar hand in a tournament on party a few months ago. also tens vs K high straight flush...
      i flop quads, villain rivers a straight flush. (we both used both hole cards)

      the really tilting part was that i even had a few bbj tables running when this happened.

      I saw a similar hand the other day - quad 7's beat by a small straight flush.

      Similar hand on the first day of the '08 series. Guy hit's quad Aces on the river. Same Ace gives the other guy a Royal Flush. They said it was 1 in 2.5 Billion.

      Similar thing happened to me. I got quad Q with my pocket QQ and the other guy got a royal flush. The hand is somewhere in the forum, but I don't feel like looking for it, again^^

      for some reason, with quads, i don't pay much attention to the kicker :D
      i completely overlooked that for qualifying for the jackpot, there are still other ways to make quads than pocket pairs that hit big.
