      Hi all,

Today I finally decided to keep a blog on the Dutch and the English forum.
I think the Dutch forum will be a translation of the English Forum or vice versa.
The last 2/3 months I have made quite a bit of progress in my game (I think).
I also use the HM2 for little bit of help.
Now it's time to go a step further. Togehter with my buddy (Wazzza16).

      I have set a number of goals for myself;
      o I’m starting with a bankroll of $50
o My BR should be around $ 350 by the and of October
o Read in the various forum
o HandReviews from other player and reply those
o Place some hand for review.

For my BR I'm going to hold myself by the next BRM ( Ill try).
When i have loss 4 buy-ins to stop for the day. I will be active in the evenings for a few days a week.
      o NL2 > to $ 140 (then to NL5)
      o Nl5> up to $ 300 (then to NL10)
      o NL10> to $ 700 (make new planning)

Now I have read some articles where I often read about the following issues. What are your experiences and do you use it?
o Regularly I read that "beginners" let there database checked for leaks by the better / profitable players. Is this a must to get the improvement going ? What percentage improvement is there to do by getting youre database checked.
o On the use of coaching I also read several articles. Does this make sense to keep youre improvement going? What are the best / most important subject for coaching lessons?
o It is also regularly discussed the use of Skype and Twitch. On this way you can get easely get in contact with several poker players and communicate. So your progression will be faster. Who uses Twitch and Skype? And would like to get in touch?

I’m going to try to update my blog 1 to 2 times per week. Possibly with progressions / graphs and hands for discussion.

Hopefully there are some tips and tricks to get my progression going.

      Lets Shuffle up and deal.

      Pannekoekk86 (Patrick), the Netherlands.
Sorry for not the best of English. A little bit of Google translate and some from my own.

Yeah, talking with other pokerplayers on forums, skype etc will always help. Twitch is a bit so so, most players don't explain well in regards to beginners what they do and why, which is imo the whole point of learning. The exception ofc would be our PokerStrategy Twitch Channel! :f_biggrin:

https://www.twitch.tv/pokerstrategydotcom/profile Feel free to check it out and give it a follow!

I'd also recommend checking out the video section here at Pokerstrategy. Both Dutch and English videos are avaliable and there are plenty that are aimed at beginners!

I've personally made a few videos for beginners, you can check them out here (the top 3)

      https://www.pokerstrategy.com/video/?query=vonki&content_type=0&game_type=0&table_size=0&language%5B%5D=en&submit=Search

Best of luck to you! :f_thumbsup:

Coaching 1on1 is always going to help you progress quicker, but it can be hard to afford. I don't want to advertise myself too hard ofc, but I do offer coaching at affordable prices for micro stakes players. :f_biggrin:

Until you can afford it, watching videos etc will be good enough! PokerStrategy has a lot of great material! :f_thumbsup:

This week was not a good week for me. Most of my Target failed this week.
      - :profit: from around 7.5BI ($15) :censored: :censored: unforunally i failed badly.
      - Look at least 2 new movies. :gl: I did this target well.
      - place 10 reactieion at hand discussion :sorry:
      - Update my blog 2x time. :sorry:

This week was a real drama. My lost was too big.
I didnt do my BRM very good. Ore better i didnt do it at all. 2 days in a row i lost -11 en -13.
A good BRM player would have quiet playing after a lost of -6/-8 :fouet: .
If i want to reach the higher blinds and levels i need to give it some work.

      The graph from last week.....

      For this week a only have 2 target;
      - Want to make up the half of my lost...
      - Read more handdiscussion en place a few my own.

This week i will not have too many time to play poker.

Keep youre head up and go on..
      :gl: :sfishg:

Last monday i keep myself by BRM and lost $6,71. And stopt playing for that night.
But yesterday (Tuesday) i had a very nice profit of $10,55.
I think it is possible to get my target for this week.

      BR @start $50
      BR after week 2 $ 18,23
      BR after week 3 $36
      Profit this week 3 17,77

This week was a good week. My target for splitting the lost is accompliced.
By watching a few video i was getting motivated the make my total lost too the $0,- line.

Last week i was running very good at the tables 2x quads (fully paid) and a full house vs flush.

Last friday i also played a live tournament. For the third time in a row i just didn't make i to the final table (every time i end between place 11 and 14).
Will i succed to make it too the final table one time.......?( ?(

I can see that your link in the signature isn’t working yet. I recommend removing the mark in the ‘deactivate BB code’ like here:

      Then the link will work.
Further I wish you all the best with your English blog as well :gl:

      Cheers,

      BR start $50
      BR after week 3 $ 36
      BR end of week 4 $ 37,26
      Profit week 4 $ 1,26

What a week what a week.....
After week 3 I was in a positive good mood. My target was acomplished make good the half of the losses.
But in the beginning of week 4 i had directly a bad luck day "downswing" to $ -40. My expectation was that i was going broke this week whit the $50 of this blog.
In the end i start reading more, put some hands for discussion and had some skype contacts en i succed to get it all back in 1 week.:f_biggrin:
I almost start crying :why: from the reactions i get on my hands. But that maked me al lot stronger at the end of week 4 and that is what you all see back in my result from this week.
The persons from who i have fot those tips many many many thank.:f_drink: .

Hopefully i can make up the last losses in next week
Last night i already had a profit of $6,-.
Tonight i'm going to play the 1M freeroll. I'm qualified for this. Last time there was a 1M Freeroll i take down some $35. Hopefully i can get just as far or better.

      Succes everyone for next week.
If you want to join me on :skype: let me know.

How is playing the micro millions this week?
