why don't you valuebet flop and turn?
A is probably in his range so you'll have easy call from him.
bet 50% of the pot on the flop , because if he completes his flushdraw you still have possible redraw to full house and that works great since you're both very deep.
and if he had AA, bad luck. if you suspected he has them because he cbets 100% of the time then you didn't have to reraise his 18$.
if he had 55 then its just pure bad luck for you.

Against raise and re-raise I´d fold 99 being oop.
I think that c/r is fine line to take on that board.
I would bet turn, since it is likely that he would call here a lot worse hands.
I think that 3-bet on the river is fine, since can´t really out him on AA or 55, sucks when he shoves, but I´d probably also call- he could take that line easily with 77 or A5 or maybe even AK.

he could have 77 or maybe A5, although this looks most like AA, and him playing A5 like this is extremely unlikely despite his fishy stats. maybe he plays A5 this way 1% of the time and AK 0.5%. I think it's very likely that he plays 77 and AA th same here. CB flop with 77 because it's pretty dry and weak made hand.

what about 75s? how often will he takew this line pre, considering this is ftp? flop CB makes sense with 75, turn doesn't make much sense, but will often play that way.
