      you should have reads other than his stats, as he looks like a huge maniac, and with that kind of player you usually quickly get additional reads.

      considering stats, i'd make a normal sized valuebet on the river.
      you can also blockbet/call, but not against an overbet, i think.

      flop i assume you were playing C/C, not wanting to get raised, which i guess is ok.

      I would bet flop 1,5$, since you can´t really c/c, because a lot of times you face turn bvet which you can´t call with Q high.
      Bet river 4$.
