The bet on the flop is good.

Queen on the turn gives us two pair, but also completes the FD and some possible straight draws. A very tricky spot! X(

Personally I would check turn and give up the hand here if opponent comes after me. But I think a hand judge is in a better position to comment.

I don't know what a loose midstack like this would minraise from mp1. I think I'm also pushing turn since a check/call doesn't achieve much and we get 3:1 odds to call with top two pair.

yeah I guess that's true but what is he calling with on the flop is the real question. I suppose a turn push wouldn't be such a bad move.

Burek what are your thoughts on this hand?

I go broke as well with top 2 pair here, too bad he had AK :(
But he can have so many other hands as well that you just beat, or you'll have outs for full house.

I think, since I called with my QJ preflop I hit one of the best possible flops, so I had to go for the pot, which wasn't actually as small as in ordinary freeplay. About MP1's range, I don't think he holds some monster here, rather some hand well playable postflop(Axs/SC) or PP. And on the turn my hand improves, but I think it also improves almost all the draws that would call me on the flop, so I'm not sure if going broke on the turn is still ok, but also not sure if I can fold top 2pair with 3:1 odds, nevertheless I still have outs to FH.

For those interested, he hit his set on the flop with 22.

      haha pwned ^^

How about shoving Flop immediately for protection against SD/FDs + FE?
If you bet Pot, you should go all-in as thats 45% of your stack imo.

Could do it, but seem like an overbet to me, cause that would be 16$ into 8.5$ pot and for decent protection you need 2/3 bet imo...

Call pre is fine, but imo actually not for 1 pair value.

But on the other hand the pot is so huge on the flop that bet/push is fine. If you get action you will have just 5 outs most of the time, but those times you just collect the pot seem to compensate.

      Turn is easy
