      trying to cashout today, I got message



      and in email:

      Tai standartinė procedūra prašyti paaiškinimo, kai susidaro tokio tipo situacija.

      Mes nemanome, kad kažkas blogai yra daroma, tačiau, prašome suprasti, kad mes privalome atlikti eilinius saugumo patikrinimus tam, kad įsitikinti, jog PokerStars išlieka saugi aplinka savo žaidėjams.

      Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad Jūsų bandymai įnešti pinigus nebus patvirtinti kol mes iki galo neišsiaiškinsime Jūsų ryšių su šiuo žaidėju. Jūs gausite šį automatinį el. laišką kiekvieną kartą, kai bandysite įnešti pinigus, kol šis klausimas nebus išspręstas. Kai Jūs paaiškinsite šiuos ryšius, gausite el. laišką, pranešantį, kad Jūsų sąskaita buvo patvirtinta visiems grynų pinigų sandoriams.

      Too bad I can’t read Lithuanian. So I can’t read what PokerStars support is sending to you, but I expect everything will be fine when they answering your reply and I wasn’t in a same situation like you yet.

      they say - my account is associated with his account. So they ask me to explain what are relations with him.

      This is a standard procedure to ask explanation in those situations.

      THey do not think that something wrong is being done, but asks to understand, that they must do checks so that they believe that PokerStars is safe for their players.

      Deposits will not be confiremed till they did not understand my relations wit this player. I will get this automatic letter everytime when I will try to deposit money, until this issue is not resolved. When I will explain, I will get the email informing that my account is confirmed.

      So far did not get ryply :(

      No, they asked my documents on september 7, I sent them same day, but did not get the anwser still :(

      Finally they wrote me that it is unblocked. Yesterday. Sick. 17 days of uncertainty. But its good at least that now its ok.

      Now I will be more afraid to keep lot of money in there, things like this scare me. Eearlier could keep money long time here even when not playing, like 200 $ for year or so without playing.
