      Whenever i was involved in the pot (freeplay or SB with a hand a just little out of SHC) he always bet 1BB in order to get me out, which most of the time was succesfull move, because i had nothing worth calling, so I did not take it as something that really matters when he did it here. According to the SSS i should've raised less here, but if I did, then on the turn I would have gone all-in no matter what because the size of stack compared to the pot so i decided to push right on the flop.

      there's no need to get out of SHC on nl10 ;)

      you can just ignore that mindonk bet and cbet acordingly , which in this case is a push. nh

      on the flop you have to invest 1,50$ to win a pot, if he calls, of (1.50+1.15)*0,95=2.52 so you need an equity of 1/(1+2.52/1.50)=37.3%

      even considerig two overcards (6 outs), a backdoor flushdraw and a backdoor straight draw (2 outs), you have at max a total of 8 outs so you have an equity of 31.5%

      so the push is -EV

      but taking into account FE...

      EV=FE * 1.25*0.95 + (1-FE) * (0.315*2.52-0.685*1.50)

      you need FE>16% to make the push +EV

      I hate those minidonkbet...
      BTW even if pushing is not a very big error, I think that on those limits you don't have FE so its' better to follow the basic strategy... he bet you fold...
      (you have less swings (entering in situations EV=0) and you feel better ;) )
