      I am not even sure if you should stay in that hand preflop. You don't have stats of the other players in your post, but agains a tight player, fold preflop. Against the table maniac, I would rather want to go all in preflop here.
      As played, you have to bet that flop. You might get called by QQ, KK, AJ+, which you have beat at that time. The bet is for protection, since those hands still can catch up on later streets, as seen in this example. Don't give out any freecards, unless your opponent is drawing death, i.e. you flop quads or aces full (with AA in the pocket)

      edit: I just saw that your opponent was contibeting all the time. He might do that when he raises preflop and somebody calls, not though when somebody reraises him

      I'd 3 bet more preflop ~1.10 and then either shove or fold depending on villain.

      I think you should get it all-in pf, since you miss flop often enough and have to c/f.
      Flop and turn play is fine.
