      I raise those minibets on the flop. He's often on a draw, or middle pair, which he'll often fold.
      As played, i'd raise more on the turn, close to pot size.

      I don't like his miniraise on the turn. i'd also call and hope for a cheap showdown.

      I raise the flop, he will very often have a pocket and fold. So I raise flop and bet this turn for sure.
