      I'd make it a bit more on the flop.

      on the turn i prefer b/f. can you fold to a river bet after checking behind on the turn?

      On the river I'd call a reasonable bet, and probably fold to something like pot-sized bet.

      I don't see a reason to go for pot control on the tun. He's playing it very weakly. Probably sitting on KQ or KT or maybe even JT, hoping to hit his gutshot.

      If he had the made straight already, he wouldn't be playing it so passively.

      Your hand is still really strong and will get paid off by weaker hands. Bet turn and if he 3bets you, then you're probably beat.

      i would bet more on the flop
      on the turn i would like more a bet fold
      this way you dont give a free card and you get at least the same value as checking turn and calling or beting the river
