      I would even throw in an extra BB when you are out of position. (bb or sb)
      This formula is not usefull in SnG. Betsizes will get smaller when effective stack sizes in BB are smaller.
      The amount is good because you give your opponents not cheap flop check odds, and maintain fold equity.

      A good way to look at it is: because you select your better hands to play with, you need to put enough money in the pot. As a tag you play few pots, usualy with the better hand, in position and with the bigger pot.
