I think check/fold is better than bet/fold here right? I considered many arguments.

bet/fold, he's a calling station and he will call with a lot of hands such as Jx, pocket pairs, etc.

BU is kind of telephone but he doesn't play Jx hands preflop :-) Look his VPIP/PFR.

Looks like this guy raises strong hands preflop and then calls them down postflop. He probably coldcalled pf his small pp and hit his set...although he could be slowplaying QQ/KK/AA too.

I would go for pot control on the turn since you only need to protect against FD and he could have you beat already.
I think you will need better than JJ with good kicker to beat him on the river.

Personally with that type of hand I go for 2pair, Straight or Flush, and Im very cautious when I hit TPGK like this case. Specially against resistance.

As played I prob c/f river too.

I'd prefer a 5$ blockbet on river though.
And try to remember please, WTS has NO real value after 100hands,especially for a guy with 18VPIP

I also like that line, but 5$ seems so much blockbet. I'd rather make it 6-7$, but I'm not really sure if I'm ahead here often enough to bet for value.
c/f is one option, since he would go to showdown a lot of hands.
One cool option is also bet smt like 1$, he won't raise there too often with worse hands, but he would call light there a lot of times with any pair.
And it is also good that it induces bluffraise if you´re sure that opponent holds weaker hand than yours.
