      Flatting KQo often provokes such multiway pots, and gets you into hard spots.
      As played:flop can be raised, to put you at least HU with some idea of opponents hand.
      Turn: check to the last aggressor, let him fire and raise him.

      I would raise flop, since SB lead was weak and MP2 just called.
      On the turn, better is going c/rai.
      BU should bet with Qx and maybe even with draw or bluff.
      No need to scare anyone away.
