      Bet flop to get money all-in on the river.
      Once you checked flop, you should call turn.
      You can always shove river.

      Well, I did not bet the flop, because if preflop agressor in 3-bet pot checks the flop, it is usually sign that he absolutely missed. Or he has really monster. If he missed, I want him to bet the turn or to give him a chance to hit somehing. If he has monster (44 or KK), we are going all-in anyway on the later street(s).
