Can I lead out and call a reraise?

On the river, I should only watch out for flushes right? I can't expect him to be on AK or K9

I wouldn't b/c flop, since you´re oop, there could be a lot bad turn cards which you ahve to c/f and a lot of times you´'re way behind here.
If you called flop, then c/c turn. No point leading out and calling raise.
You're just a lot of times crushed here.
      River is fine.
