      against unknown the call is fine preflop.

      postflop is fine. turn you can get value from worse hands, and if he raises or calls with a better hand you have lots of outs. no point in C/C or C/R, as with C/C you miss value, as villain won't bluff turn much and will often CB Jx or draws, and with C/R you're raising against hands that have you beat and probably won't fold.
