      Known players:
      Hero:
      $31,44
      MP2:
      $34,88

      0,1/0,25 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.67 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

      Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A:heart: , K:diamond:
2 folds, Hero raises to $1,00, MP2 raises to $2,00, 5 folds, Hero calls $1,00.

      Flop: ($4,35) K:heart: , K:club: , 3:heart: (2 players)
      Hero checks, MP2 checks.

      Turn: ($4,35) J:diamond: (2 players)
      Hero bets $3,00, MP2 folds.

      Final Pot: $7,35

Should I check the flop out of position, considering I'm not PFA?
And should I call his minraise preflop, 4bet him or just fold?

3/4bettting witk AK doesnt mean that you go all-in with AK pf. players will pretty often fold, against unknown def. 4bet, against aggro go broke, against rock 4bet/fold

Both of you have 126 BB and without reads FR with 126 BB I do not like 4-bet.

I would call preflop since you have good pot odds to hit on the flop.

On the flop, I would check to him and let him bet. Once he checked behind the flop, I would bet the turn, otherwise you are losing value.

You raised MP and other player min-raised.
I think you can 4-bet here, sucks when he 5-bets or shoves- then you can likely find a fold.
Never really know what these min-raises mean.
