      Well according to BSS FR chart, AQ in middle position with an early limper should be folded preflop.

      But if you want to raise in this spot, 3BB is not enough. You have an early limper so you should raise in the range of 4.5-6 BB to try and isolate. AQ is not good for a multiway pot and with your weak raise you're inviting everybody to call.
