so I flop the nuts, and get clickraised, I tried to clickraise him back so he raises over me ... he did, now what to do? I then tried to push all in but I guess that looks so strong that I'm only getting called by 99 here (So the click it back probably was not a good choice). What's a good line here? call the flop 3bet and let him bluff turn? Raise big on flop after the check-raise?

I'm calling his 3bet and hoping he'll bet again on the turn. It's more likely that he'll do that than that he'll be willing to go on with further action on the flop. I wouldn't be afraid of giving away free cards. There's a straight draw possible, but I don't think he's 3betting you with it.

If he doesn't bet turn, I'm betting myself though.

I think fine line is b/c flop and shove turn.
click it back on the flop is also fine but then I´d just call his 4-bet.
Pot is big enough and you´re ip, that he can bet/call or shove on the turn whatever he holds.
You should try to avoid shoving with nuts if you´re sure that opponent can fold and are not pot committed.
