Q is a bad card to 2nd barrel. the Q gives your opponent no reason to fold. you having Q is less likely now that two are on the board, and anyway, if he were scared of a queen, he would often have folded flop.

so he's not folding any hands that he called flop with.

on the river you're not getting called by any worse hands. he will fold all worse hands: pps, GS, 6x. so you've turned your hand into a bluff.
if you check he'll pretty much only bet when he has you beat, so you could actually C/F. (worse kings aren't in his range, except K6, but that is very unusual)
the stacks are really bad for a block bet, but you could consider betting $2 or so and folding to a raise, as villain won't raise with worse hands even with these stack sizes.

Thats actually the best option. You could get called by a 6x or PP.If he raises its a clear fold.

      hi
bet more on the flop 1.2 would be better
check / fold turn , the queen is a bad card to barrel as darkone explained to you
river you can go for some thin value like beting 2$ hoping to get called by a lower pair . when you shove he will call just with a queen
