Poker can be really frustrating. If you lose, you may take the disappointment personal or blame yourself for failing. You feel bad, your quality of life suffers. In such situations, talking can help. On the one hand it immediately leads to a certain relief, on the other hand it can help a lot to analyse your situation with the help of experts. What are the main reasons that led to my downswing? Is it a question of skill or is the loss a mere consequence of mathematical fluctuation (streak of bad luck)? Does your bad mood affect your gaming? Are you in danger of going tilt?

This board will offer good advice in all kinds of downswing-situations. Just ask, we will try to help.

      Hi Korn,

This is really a good post. I am new here, honestly I want to be good (everybody does) with playing this game, but it really takes not only skills but self discipline as well. Hopefully I will never ask help from anybody, but it is nice to know that help is available.
