This is wa/wb in my opinion. So playing passively is good.

But when he checks to you on the turn, you could probably make a small value bet on the turn. You might get some money out of mid PP.

Although when that A hit, he might be more willing to fold the worse hands against PFA.

      Your lines are good IMO.

      Bet turn for value.
Overpair in a 3bet pot. Only reasonable hand to beat us is AJ.He is stacking off TT+(maybe 88+).

Against TT+ and AJ, we're behind on the turn.

If you add 88 and 99, we're ahead.

Pot is big enough to make up for the %we're behing though

Yes but his range is bigger than that. He may have called so many things on the flop, that are drawing to 2-3 outs.
Additionally, we lose value from TT,QQ that are stacking off here 90% the time.I assume he is not playing aces that way.He still may call a turnbet with a weaker PP, and then we can check river.

The general rule is, the second best overpair in a 3bet pot for 100bb is played for stacks, especially on such a pretty board.

He has 11$ left and pot is already too big to c/f
So I´d just shove turn and hope to be ahead a lot of times.
