Its not some huge dowswing, but on every poker site every time I move up limit I lose several buyins, mostly when some donk calls/raise all in with much worser cards and i lost every time, regardless of my chance to win. Now i need to move down limit and becouse i suffered few bad beats at higher limit it counts like times 2 for lower limit X( X( X(

This one is against guy who was tilting, he went all in few times before. and because of that i called

These things happen everyday, you just have to calm down and deal with them like it's your normal 'job' ;-) Keep ir teal and it will be fine, I had many downswings too but I recovered from every single one!
Btw, you can't put anybody on a hand after 1 bet or something, you have to think in ranges and how your hands stands vs opponents range. And if you put somebody on flushdraw, then you have to raise. not call!

normaly i dont put somebody on flushdraw like that but i putted him on Ax, and his cbet was small, less than 50% and i thouth he had flushdraw :D

btw if i raised there we would went all in, and i prefer to see more cards for having more options

You must put your money in while u r ahead and the opponent is likely on the draw, unless you want to win money, calling is smaller EV.

Why do you play SSS shorthanded? SSS is only profitable on FR-tables. Why do you play with 30BB one table? All the things you do is totally different than the things pokerstrategy tells you to do. Dont start whining about (bad) beats/suckouts then. (It happens to all of us, every day again)

I knew that you would ask that :P

@DragonRapide I play BSS normaly, but on ladbrokes they are to loose , so often on turn i have TPTK but they still keep raising, no matter if they dont have anything, so you dont know where you stand, so i chosen to play SSS there, but not with 20BB, its with 30BB so that i can raise flop and go all in turn because it would pay off bigger. My normal winrate is 7-12bb/100, but I am just testing this and i only have few k hands with 30BB strategy. I dont play FR because there are only 2 FR table full and on SH they are much looser.
Ps. if i went all in with better cards with 20BB, do you think that i would have bigger chance?

      @alejandrosh 50 BI with 30BB

I've never heard of playing SSS with a middlestack in SH tables. I wanna know if this thing works out.

Regarding the downswing, I just moved up limits and I am caught in one. Today it reached -16BI in less than 6K hands. I have reviewd every single hand and even found a few leaks, but not enough to justify the losses. It's actually good to have downswings form time to time so you can take your time to study some more and review your game.

Today I tryed only 200 hands and here is a summary of what happened:

      - Lost a FH to 4 of a kind = -1BI
      - Lost two-pair to trips (villain hit on river) = -1BI
      - Lost AA to straight (villain hit on river) = -1BI
      - Lost AK (I hit K on flop) to straight. = -1BI

I doubled up on 3 other hands and that was it. Pretty amazing, haha.

But we gotta keep going, the laws of probability will work themselves out some time.

Keep you game straight and good luck!

played 700hands now, lost 2 times when 3beting preflop with KK i went all in on flop (because on flop pot is 30BB and i have left 18BB so if there is no A i go all in) but both time they hitted set :D :D , but i finished up for 50BB ;)

while I played at absolute poker, where are good opponents, every time if I have KK and if on the flop is A and Villan bets, I fold, because there are good players and in 90% time there I would lose with KK.

Then I moved to Ladbrokes, becouse I wanted to be tracked over PS, I play 2 weeks there and on next update I would be gold. They are playing on Lads mid pair as normaly TAG would play TPTK and I had to adjust my game to them, so if I play vs TAG i play normaly, but if I play vs maniac there is no point to folding his every bet because they always bet there! I think that is because of casino and sport are on Ladbrokes too and probably they win money there and they are trying they luck at poker
