Hero bets $8,00, BU calls $8,00.

      Final Pot: $39,35

      Maybe just check pre-flop?

MP3 checking and BU limping just looked so weak, I decided to raise.
      Being OOP sucks though.

Flop is standard I suppose. Turn I played b/f. Was my bet too weak there?

      River I b/f as well.

I beat a very small range though, now that I think about it. However, it did turn out that villain was kind of a strange person and I won.. haha

How would you play this hand though?

I think raise pf is fine, since you´re oop you can also check
      I would b/f turn 8$
If he calls then pot si 27$ and he has 14$ left, so that makes river shove to me.
Sometimes he has here KQ, two pair or flush, but since you player your KJ aggressively pf I think getting it all-in on that board is fine.
