      Hi there,

      I'm going through the same issue but I spoke to support through the ticket system and it turns out they didn't receive my original ID email a few days back so I had to send it again earlier today. Hopefully they receive it and it's all okay now, though.

      Not sure if this could be your problem too, but I suggest you click the Help button at the top and contact the support staff directly and they'll be able to identify the problem for you.
