      Once he bets hald his stack all-in he is likely wouldn´t do that as a bluff, but shove here is fine and standard.
      With reads you can fold, since board is so dry and he has here a lot of times set.

      Is it reasonable to count that someone hit a set in 3-bet pot? Isn't it more likely that he has an overpair with which he did not want to go all-in prelop?

      With my experience players would just call with medium pp-s.
      They might raise for value with TT, JJ, but since board is so dry, then you won´t shove with worse hand (other thing is when they can slowplay pf QQ, KK).
