      where are utg2 stats?

I would reraise flop because by calling Im giving him odds for his FD or SD. Also board could pair giving his OP the lead.

As played on the turn I think it looks like a set but would need stats to make decision.

Well, that was the problem I had no stats on UTG since I just joined the table. If I would have known that he was kinda aggressive as he later turned out to be, it would have been an easy call or perhaps a raise.

vs unknown I might consider folding vs so much action, but board is drawy and some ppl might recommend raising and shoving.

Flop: I would raise flop for more information.
Turn: There might be a chance that I am ahead of flushdraw and AJ or similar hand but still I would prefer folding. That's why you had to raise flop and get information about the villain hand.

UTG+2 could easily hold overpair or strong draw. I would call him down or shove depends how often I think I´m ahead.
Fold seems a little weak, consider that you have top two pair and position
